Micro Hybrid Technology

The advanced Micro Hybrid technology helps conserve both fuel and nature. It automatically puts the engine into standby mode 2.5 seconds after you shift into neutral at a signal, or in bumper-to-bumper traffic. When you step on the clutch, the vehicle automatically comes to life again. Giving you higher fuel efficiency and lower CO2 emissions.
The XUV500's authoritative exterior promises unbridled excitement. And its mHawk engine lives up to the promise. This 2.2 Itr powerplant delivers an output of 140 bhp and an impressive torque of 330 Nm. Step on the pedal and the scenery begins to blur. The 5th generation variable geometry turbocharger ensures instantaneous acceleration, taking the XUV500 from 0-60 kmph in a mere 5.4 seconds.
Despite all this unadulterated power. the XUV500 gives you up to 15.1 kms per litre (ARAI-certified). A high torque at low engine revs allows the vehicle to handle city traffic with ease. While the Dual Mass Flywheel ensures a rattle-free driving experience.

STATIC-BENDING PROJECTOR HEADLAMPS

These headlamps don't just fetch daylight at the flip of a switch. They even put daylight between the XUV500 and its competition. Their unique bending' ability allows them to light up curves when you turn the steering to tackle one. So there will never be a surprise around the corner. Unlike standard halogen bulbs, you'll find high-intensity projection bulbs here. With a row of distinct LED parking lamps that underline the entire cluster. And your presence.
